To me, brand is an abstraction representing the strength of the relationship (or connection) between the customer and the product/company. The way we build that bond changes with the ways we humans find each other and our wares. With fewer tuned into the mono-culture megaphone — it makes sense that that brand is forming via new pockets of community and communication. But I’m simplifying — of course. Your analysis is thoughtful and I look forward to the unpacking of your argument. Domo arigato for bringing this to us in English.
